DirectAdmin IP change dilemma

Not sure if this is the correct section.

Lets get straight to the point, I have a license but I don’t have access to the client area and the owner of the license (not me) doesn’t remember the password. I thought it would be simple to send an email off to change the IP but that’s obviously not so as I haven’t recieved a response in almost a week. I also tried to submit it via https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php with no avail. I included the password to both the new and old server, and the license details.

Any ideas on what I should do?
