Can’t login ftp account

For one of my domain, i will give ftp access for my employee.
In user level i’ve entered my default domain.

I’ve created ftp account.

In FileZilla i’ve tried everthing to login but noway..

I’ve changed the username in filezilla as cagatay@domain.com , cagatay@cagatay.domain.com…

I’ve tried server name as: 11.11.111.111(serverip), ftp.domain.com,

I’ve tried FTP, SFTP..

It didnt work..
